Fake Address Generator

Random US and international addresses for testing and forms

All addresses are randomly generated combinations and are not real. Use only for testing, mockups, and form validation.

About this tool

This free fake address generator creates plausible-looking random addresses for five countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and Australia. Each address is formatted correctly for its locale — US addresses include state abbreviations and ZIP codes, UK addresses use postcodes, German addresses follow the street-number-before-street format, and so on. All addresses are fictional and not deliverable.

Developers use fake address generators when building and testing checkout flows, shipping forms, address validation APIs, geolocation features, and database seed scripts. Using randomly generated addresses rather than real ones protects privacy in test environments and avoids accidentally sending test orders to real locations. The format realism is important for testing that your address parsing, validation, and display logic handles real-world data correctly.

QA engineers and UX researchers use fake addresses in usability testing sessions so that test participants are not inadvertently exposed to real personal data. Marketing teams use them to populate CRM demos with realistic-looking records for stakeholder presentations and sales demos.

Important note: these addresses are generated from realistic patterns but are not validated against real postal databases. They may coincidentally match real addresses — do not use them for any mail delivery, fraud, or impersonation purposes. Use them only for software development, testing, and design. For addresses that are guaranteed to be real and deliverable, use a postal validation API like SmartyStreets, USPS, or Google Places.
